Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Has.Pet Ltd. respects your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state privacy laws. This page explains how to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What We Share and Why

We share certain device-level and event information (such as a device or advertising identifier, IP address, and app/website events) with Meta and AppsFlyer for advertising attribution and to show you Has.Pet ads on other platforms. Under the CCPA/CPRA this is treated as “sharing” (and may be treated as a “sale”) of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share your pet health-related information, chat content, wellness-check photos, or wellness scores with advertising partners. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out using any of the following methods:

  1. In-app Privacy Settings (recommended) — open the Has.Pet app, go to Settings → Privacy, and use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” toggle. This is the most direct and immediate method.
  2. Web opt-out form — A web-based opt-out control will be added here before full launch.
  3. Global Privacy Control (GPC) — where required, we honor a recognized GPC signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device.
  4. Email — send a request to hello@has.pet with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address associated with your Has.Pet account.

When you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising for the applicable browser or device. Some measurement that does not constitute a sale or sharing may continue as permitted by law.

Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On Apple devices, we present the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing your device’s advertising identifier. If you decline, we will not use it for cross-app tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
