Has.Pet — Medical & Wellness Disclaimer

Has.Pet is a wellness app provided by Has.Pet Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. It provides general advice on care, behavior and nutrition. It is not a substitute for in-person veterinary care.

1. General Information Only

The content, the AI assistant, the in-app wellness features, the photo wellness check, and the Pet Expert feature provide general educational information about pet care, behavior, nutrition and general health topics. This is informational guidance, not a medical diagnosis. Has.Pet does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and does not provide veterinary medicine or telemedicine.

2. Not a Substitute for a Veterinarian

Nothing in Has.Pet replaces a consultation with a licensed veterinarian. You should not use the Services as the sole basis for decisions about your pet's health. For any concerns, please consult your veterinarian. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional veterinary advice because of something you read or were shown in the App.

3. The AI Assistant

The AI assistant gives general wellness information and is automated - you are interacting with an AI, not a human. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is general information only. It does not diagnose, prescribe or treat.

4. Pet Experts Are Not Veterinarians

Pet Experts are care, behavior and nutrition specialists. They are not veterinarians. They provide general advice on care, behavior, nutrition and general health topics - no diagnosis, no treatment prescription. A Pet Expert chat is general advice, not an in-person consultation, and does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. 5. When to See a Veterinarian

If you notice anything that worries you, or any sudden change in your pet, contact a veterinarian; if something seems urgent, contact a veterinarian promptly. If a problem does not resolve, gets worse, or comes with other worrying signs, see a veterinarian.

The App may indicate, in general terms, when it is typically appropriate to see a veterinarian; this navigation is general information, not an assessment of your specific animal.

6. Photos and the Wellness Check

A photo-based wellness check looks at what is visible in a photo. Some conditions are not visible in a photo, and a photo that looks normal does not rule them out. Some areas can only be assessed during an in-person examination; a routine veterinary check-up covers what a photo cannot. A photo check is not an examination by a veterinarian, and it is not a substitute for regular veterinary check-ups.

7. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for decisions about your pet's care. Always seek the advice of a veterinarian for your pet's health.
